02What we collect
When you request a demo: your name, work e-mail address, company, country, the type of company, fleet size, the topics you tick, your message, and the date and version of this notice you agreed to.
To prevent abuse of the form: a one-way, keyed hash of your IP address. We cannot turn the hash back into your address; it only lets us limit how many requests come from one network.
Server logs: like any web server, the server hosting this site records technical access logs (such as IP address, time, page requested and browser type) for security and operation.
We do not ask for, and ask you not to send, sensitive information through the form.
03Why, and on what basis
- Answering your demo request — under the GDPR, steps taken at your request before a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b)); under India's DPDP Act, your consent, given with the checkbox on the form, which you can withdraw at any time.
- Protecting the site — rate limiting and access logs, under our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
We do not use your details for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
04How long we keep it
Demo requests are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a customer — then the customer agreement applies. You can ask us to delete your request sooner. Rate-limit records only count requests from the last hour and are cleaned up automatically.
07Your rights
In the EU/EEA and UK you can ask for access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can also complain to your data-protection supervisory authority.
In India you can ask for a summary of your data, its correction or erasure, withdraw consent, nominate another person to exercise your rights, and raise a grievance with us; if it is not resolved you can approach the Data Protection Board of India.
Send any request to .... We may need to confirm your identity before acting on it.
08Changes
We will update this notice when the website changes how it handles personal data. The version date at the top changes with every update; demo requests record the version that applied when they were sent.
