Five surfaces. One booking record.

Senders, receivers, dispatchers, drivers and administrators each get a surface designed for their job. All of them read and write the same record through one versioned API, so there is never a second version of the truth to reconcile.

Surface 01 · Sender portal

Book once. Follow it to the door.

For staff at companies that book freight capacity — manufacturers, distributors, traders.

  • New bookings with goods lines and pickup and delivery windows

The shift in a pocket — no install.

For employed and subcontracted drivers, in the phone's browser.

  • Shift itinerary with every stop
  • Daily pre-trip inspection — required before pickup
  • Arrival at a stop starts the dwell clock
  • Proof of delivery: signature, recipient, accepted and rejected quantities, condition photos
  • Report a problem with the carrier's reason codes
  • Own documents with expiry dates, and own driving hours

Entities, roles, modules and languages.

For the platform operator.

Under the hood

Decisions that make the record trustworthy.

The parts nobody sees in a demo, and everybody relies on in a dispute.

Jurisdiction profiles

Rules that used to be hard-coded per country live in a profile chosen per entity: documents, tax IDs, postal formats, required papers, driving-time limits, request deadlines.

Charges from server time only

Demurrage and detention are computed from server-recorded arrival and proof-of-delivery timestamps — never from times typed into a phone — so they hold up when disputed.

Idempotent by design

Bulk imports keep a per-row ledger, e-way bill generation skips invoices that already have a bill, and escalations fire once per booking and trigger.

Documents never overwritten

Regenerating a consignment note creates a new version; the earlier snapshot is kept unchanged.

Modules switched off for real

When a module is disabled for an entity, its screens disappear and its API answers 403 — hiding a button is not treated as access control.

Language as data

Every interface string sits in a per-language JSON file. Adding a language means adding a file; administrators can override wording without a release.
